Work Schedule :  This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m – 4:00 p.m. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Patient Access Representative - Ambulatory  to:
Enter and verify demographic and insurance information, identify and collect patient financial obligations, and register or admit patients. Promote a positive patient and family experience, exhibit empathy, engage in compassionate collections, and demonstrate strong communication skills. Cover a variety of clinic locations and hours as needed. Education : Minimum – High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred – Associate's Degree in Business, Finance. Health Information Management or related field
Work Experience : Minimum – One (1) year of experience in a customer service related field
Preferred – One (1) year of experience in a healthcare, call center, business, financial or insurance related field
