The Hilton Cleveland Downtown is looking for a Pastry Cook to join their culinary team.
This 600-room hotel is located in the heart of Cleveland and is connected to the Huntington Convention Center.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-year experience in Pastry Production, a keen attention to detail and a positive approach to hospitality.
This is a full-time position which requires full availability to work varying shifts across weekdays, weekends and holidays.
What will I be doing? As a Pastry Cook, you would be responsible creating, preparing, producing and baking all pastries, breads, rolls and desserts for food and beverage outlets in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
