We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef who is passionate about baking, decorating and recipe creation/implementation.

Will oversee our pastry team and be involved with baking, assembling, and decorating our products (Cakes, Pastries, Bread and other bakery items). Cook from scratch but on a commercial bakery level. Prepare pastry items according to recipe while following GMP quality standards. Develop and implement new recipes as well as improve existing recipes as needed. Be involved with sourcing and buying ingredients as well as conducting weekly inventory. To be successful in this position, you will need to: Take pride in how you work and what you make. Be driven and motivated to produce amazing products in a fast-paced environment while simultaneously leading the team. Collaborate and communicate with the team to improve processes, reduce waste and increase productivity. Maintain product consistency. Work with Management Team to calculate labor and product costs. Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Have 3+ years in a similar role.
