Job Duties:
Invoice all cash, credit card, check or Comcheck work orders Call customers for purchase orders Receive and put away all parts orders Deliver or ship parts to appropriate customers or branch Process work orders Place parts orders as needed Process and review warranty aging reports to ensure timely payment Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities Investigate and resolve customer queries Contact customers to expedite payment of past due invoices Run credit card transactions for customer sales and refunds Maintain strong customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism Assist parts and service department when needed Other reasonably related duties as assigned Desired Competencies:
Knowledge and experience with parts or a related field Excellent communication skills Organized and detail oriented Team Player Excellent customer service Flexibility to meet changing demands Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with clean driving record 2+ years' experience as a Parts & Service Support person or similar position Benefits:
