Parts Sales And Service Representative

Conroe, TX - Hourly TBD Job Brief Responsible for developing and increasing the Parts Sales business by understanding and responding to customer needs.
Responsibilities Develop and direct-sell services marketing deliverables to include spare parts packages, service contracts, and training or applications support Analyze customer consumption of parts and buying patterns and develop strategies to improve forecasting and increase of parts sales collaborating with spare parts sales department Schedule, and visit customer job sites offices and establish regular contacts with key customer representatives responsible for Parts orders Check inventory status, make recommendations for restocking levels as indicated and when required Obtain quotations from suppliers, check and/or correct list price following established procedures Issue Quotations and Sales Orders Obtain customer purchase orders and issue Sales Orders Follow up on the complete delivery of issued sales orders, meeting customer requirements and facilitate timely invoicing Coordinates service requests with appropriate Service departments and his or her manager/supervisor. Resolves product issues through effective identification, documentation, and communication with all affected parties. Builds and maintains a good working relationship with internal and external customers and suppliers Coordinates expedited shipments Works in SAP R3 and B1 as required to meet objectives Requirements Bachelor's or Associates degree with APICS certification is strongly preferred. Microsoft Office, SAP. Prefer experience with SAP inventory module. Must possess good communication skills and verbal and written fluency in the English language. Able to interpret some technical instructions, diagrams, flow charts, maintenance schedules and other relevant documentation. Must have a valid passport and driver's license. Experience – Minimum of 3 years' experience with heavy equipment repair and/or parts business; minimum 2 year experience in the related spare parts business. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, sit, kneel, crawl, see, read, hear, and have the physical and mental ability to travel independently. #ZR
