Parts Manager

Responsibilities: Assist customers with technical support Meet and greet the public in a professional manner Effectively lead the team to success Set and meet profitability goals Work closely with Parts and Service personnel to provide an excellent customer experience Become proficient in repair order and parts invoice generation and processing Demonstrate the value of our Company to current and prospective customers Manage assets such as tools, parts inventory, and equipment Maintain facilities to Empire standards Recruit and train additional staff members to accommodate growth Qualifications: At least two (2) years of experience working in a heavy truck, heavy equipment, or automotive Parts Department Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of education. Previous Parts and/or Service background required. Proficient use of computers and software such as Microsoft Office Suite and other web-based applications Must be a Hands-On leader. Highly Energetic, Motivated, Organized hard worker. Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively. Customer-oriented and focused on building strong relationships.
