Responsibilities
• Oversee parts sales process from start to finish• Communicate with customer on parts status• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner• Read and understand the parts catalog when looking up parts• Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and information• Review body shop estimates and order correct parts• Provide high level service to internal and external customers• Pull and fill orders from stock• Maintain weekly bin checks for stock accuracy• Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent• Experience with auto parts sales preferred• Able to work in a fast-paced environment• Strong organizational and time management skills• Ability to read and interpret documents• Ability to calculate figures and amounts
