Landers Toyota, a leading automotive dealership in Little Rock, Arkansas, is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Parts Counterperson. This is a full-time, hourly sales position with flexible scheduling and plenty of room for advancement within our organization. As a Parts Counterperson, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their parts needs, maintaining inventory levels, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.Compensation & Benefits:We offer a competitive hourly wage, along with a comprehensive benefits package which includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and service.Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional mannerAccurately identify and locate parts for customers using our computerized inventory systemCommunicate with technicians and other dealership employees to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of parts requestsProcess parts orders and invoices using our point-of-sale systemMaintain a clean and organized work areaCheck incoming inventory against purchase orders to ensure accuracy and report any discrepancies to managementKeep up-to-date on all technical and promotional information related to the parts departmentAttend training sessions and workshops as required to continually improve product knowledge and customer service skillsAdhere to all safety and security procedures and practicesRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in automotive parts sales is preferredExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong computer skills, including experience with inventory management systemsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and ability to identify and correct errorsMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of timeValid driver's license with clean driving record
