Responsibilities
• Take customer orders and answer queries• Assist customers in selecting the correct parts/accessories• Provide exceptional customer service• Inspect all parts for defects and ensure quality• Verify order accuracy and resolve discrepancies• Stock, organize, and rotate merchandise• Maintain cleanliness of the parts counter• Perform daily tasks assigned by the Parts Manager
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent• Previous Parts Counter experience (5 years minimum)• Knowledge of automobile parts and inventory• Excellent customer service skills• Organizational and problem-solving skills• Dependable, reliable, and positive attitude• Ability to lift and move product items up to 60 pounds
