Parts Associate Position
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service for our heavy duy parts sales division Greet Customers and assist in part selection. Answer questions, provide price quotes, Inform of companion part requirements and specials in person and overt the phone. Keep customers informed on status of special order and back order parts Receive, locate invoice and fulfill orders Handle customer returns Deliver exceptional customer service to our service department by assist anting mechanics with acquiring parts. Locate and secure parts from various vendors for the shop jobs Help control and maintain inventory All other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Experience Parts Sales Person
Education Required High School Diploma/Equivalency
