Responsibilities
• Set up new Partner/Hybrid accounts• Load contractual rates into the system• Research and update pro numbers for accuracy• Audit daily correction reports• Reconcile receivables aging with the Partner• Defend charges when disputes are not valid• Work with carriers to resolve payment discrepancies• Process payables to Partner and Agent carriers• Transfer and adjust pros for shipments• Identify recurring issues and work towards improvement• Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner• Point of contact for other departments with questions• Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
• HS Diploma or equivalent• Ability to multitask and prioritize• Strong analytical and time management skills• Ability to work independently and in a team• Professional written and verbal communication skills• Previous Customer Service or Partnership experience is a plus• Knowledge of the Pyle System is a plus• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word
