We are unable to offer sponsorship for work authorization for this role.Your Impact:The Partner Success Managerposition plays a pivotal role in in the overall success of our Channel Partner program and the value our members see by being a part of Buyers Edge Platform. This is a senior level position that leadership will be relying on to hit their overall company goals. This role is waiting for your personal touch.We are looking for an organized, proven leader, that can help create and streamline process.  We do not work in a micro-management environment, so looking for someone to take the reins and help take this team to the next level. Experience managing to the numbers is a must. You are a proven leader, extremely organized, can streamline processes, manage time effectively while motivating partners around an exciting, new initiative.Duties may include:Be the key point of contact between Buyers Edge Platform and Channel PartnersDevelop, service, and grow relationships with Channel PartnersBe responsible for building out the Channel Partner relationships and represent the company in a uniform mannerCommunicate well with Channel Partners about products and offered services.Build out process and automation of activities for successful and lucrative relationships with partnersMeasure and monitor results of the Channel Partner membersProvide monthly reporting of activity and pipeline opportunitiesHold calls to discuss results and upcoming initiatives. Share best practice with Channel Partner groupWork on and initiate new opportunities and further develop existing onesCreate plans for growing market share and communicating channel activitiesWork and communicate closely with VP'S on activities, opportunities and challenges in each prospective marketEnsure documentation of channel sales enablement and sales presentationsSalesforce.com monitoring and extensive useEstablish and deepen relationships with Channel Partners by understanding their business objectives and providing exemplary support as their primary contact within Buyers Edge PlatformConduct on-going meetings and calls to communicate frequently with Channel Partners on updates, information, concerns and suggestionsServe as the Channel Partner's voice within Buyers Edge PlatformProactively anticipate Channel Partners needs and identify any potential issues.
