Part-Time Sales Associate/ Key Holder

Job Profile: Sales Associate
Location: Operations
Reports To: Store Manager/Assistant Manager
To be successful at this job, you need to be able to do 3 things:
Show up for your shifts Be kind to customers Know how to count money Primary Accountabilities In addition to following The Cookie Place, Inc.'s policies and procedures, principle accountabilities are, but are not limited to:
Serve guests and create a positive experience. Operate a register accurately. Decorate cookies and cakes Ensure cleanliness of the store Make sure product is stocked at all times Oversee all cash handling procedures in the store including making deposits. Operate an oven Ensures that all Company policies and procedures are followed. Position Specifications Excellent customer service skills. Good verbal communication. Ability to multi-task. Attention to detail. Must be a team player. Must be 16 years of age for associate and 18 for Key Holder
