We're hiring, and we'd love for you to join our dynamic team! As a Retail Concierge you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will build and provide education on our company mission and business model, form genuine relationships by determining our clients' needs and providing them information to meet their needs.  As a Retail Concierge you will be the ambassador of the brand and liaise within the cross functional teams in your store/brand to deliver an exceptional experience.

This is a part time seasonal role ending September, 8th 2024.  What You Get To Do Everyday Provide consistent outstanding experience by greeting all clients and provide direction to assist with swift resolution of their needs Support with in store functions and processes- in-store returns and consignment drop offs Optimize the consignor experience through personalized serviceDemonstrate active listening skills to accurately identify and solve customer/consignor relations issuesEvaluate prospective clients against established criteria; route prospects to the appropriate sales channel as applicable for follow up if necessaryDemonstrate a can-do attitude with the ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive situations while remaining calm and collectedResponsible, reliable and a team player to work alongside many cross functional teamsProvides elevated care and concern when handling all luxury items in-store, jewelry, watches, home and art pieces, as well as consignor piecesLearn each client's personal interests/style to focus upon up-selling all categories of product (Women's Fashion, Men's Fashion, Fine Jewelry & Watches, Art, and Home)Accurately review and process all items for shipment to ensure they are cataloged and up to our very high-quality standardsLeverage strong consignor relationships to gain referrals for new consignors to pass to Luxury Manager (TBD on if they get referral goal) Strong attention to detail in all aspects of brand standards including personal appearance, communication in written and verbal formsMaintains objectivity when dealing with client issues to determine the best solutionAsks questions and seeks to understand vs. making assumptions; open to feedback and applies it quickly to fail fast and remain future focused in adverse situationsSelf-aware and able to ask for help when needed to avoid delays with workload management and to proactively manage and prevent levels of personal stress from risingWhat You Bring To The Role 1-2+ years of work experience in luxury preferred A strong people orientation paired with entrepreneurial spiritSelf-motivated and competitiveAbility to master multiple technical devices and systemsAbility to communicate clearly, listen thoroughly and respond quickly with accuracyPossesses a strong attention to detail and excellent follow up skillsA desire to work with people, and a strong understanding of excellence in customer serviceProfessional appearance, communication and demeanorBasic understanding of luxury brands and artistsCommitment and curiosity towards retail- fashion, fine jewelry and watches, and fine art and homePhysical demands/environmental conditionsAbility to lift and move merchandise up to 25 lbsFlexible schedule that requires working variable shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays required The expected hourly rate for this role is $15.89 - $23.82. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
