The hours would be 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday and with an hour lunch break.WE OFFER:* Health, Dental, Medical after 60 days* 401K* Paid Time OffRESPONSIBILITIES:Direct incoming phone calls to proper people / departmentsGreet and receive prospects and customersDirect customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to a salespersonWork cooperatively with the sales teamCommunicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient mannerType memos, correspondence, reports, and other documentsStocking in New Vehicles.Keeping coffee made and customer provided snacks filled.REQUIREMENTS:Excellent communication skillsOutgoing and positive demeanorProfessional presentationPunctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibilityMaintain a professional appearanceAbout the DealershipMills Auto Group understands rapid growth in the automotive space.
