Responsibilities Greet all guests upon both arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner with a smile and while making direct eye contact Exemplify the company's standards of service with each customer including maintaining uniform and appearance standards, resolving issues in a professional and timely manner and thanking each customer at the end of each interaction Assist customers with their transaction processing either through credit card or validation using facility equipment in accordance with the company's standard operating procedures.
