SCHEDULE: 
- Part-Time
- 3 Days per Week
- 8 Hours per Day
- Exact Schedule Negotiable
- No Evenings
- No On-Call
- Saturdays Available (not required)
OFFICE HOURS:
- Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 7:00pm
- Saturday, 10:00am to 5:00pm
- closed Sundays
COMPENSATION: 
- $55 to $60 per Hour
- Malpractice Insurance

COMPANY PROFILE: 
This long-standing private practice serves the healthcare needs of local residents through full scope primary care offerings, as well as many specialty service lines.  They provide pain relief options, chiropractic care, telehealth, and mental wellness options.  Their award-winning fibromyalgia center is home to a 16-week program to help patients dealing with fibromyalgia to achieve their wellness goals.  Their team consists of 1 medical doctor, 1 nurse practitioner, 2 chiropractors, and more.  They are currently hiring due to growth.
POSITION DESCRIPTION: 
The new nurse practitioner or physician assistant will work in an autonomous capacity with their own patient panel.
This is a low volume position providing ample time with patients.  The provider will see an average of 10 patients per day with the support of a dedicated clinical assistant.
The work is within the area of primary care, with a focus on fibromyalgia.  Duties include, but are not limited to:
- annual check-ups
- follow-up visits
- chronic disease management
- minor sick/injury visits
- fibromyalgia treatment
- referrals to specialists
- collaborating with other providers
The office uses an EHR.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Colorado NP or PA license
- DEA
- 1+ year fibromyalgia experience
