The primary responsibilities of your role: Equipped with a servant's heart - but energized by a challenge and keeping others organized. Day-to-day cleaning tasks. This includes keeping Gracie Ballroom, Huling Hall, Bridal Cottage, and the Floral Cottage clean & organized. Communicate with Operations Director on the need for cleaning supplies as well as inventory for restrooms in each location. Ensuring that the weekly cleaning schedule is planned around the event calendar. Making sure that all of our indoor spaces are extremely clean for a top-notch client and guest experience. Cleaning and maintaining the Owner's residence/Bridal Cottage. Ensuring that daily cleaning tasks are complete and the house is presentable at all times. This includes ensuring all bedrooms, kitchens, common areas, and all bathrooms are clean and organized at all times. Weekly/ Monthly/ Seasonal Deep Cleaning tasks. This includes deep cleaning the stairs in Gracie Ballroom, dusting for cobwebs in all common areas, deep cleaning the rugs/carpet, cleaning the chair cushions, and assisting in furniture cleaning. etc. Launder team uniforms and linens as needed. Key Elements: The organizer of organizers: Your organization skills are impressive! . It's just in your DNA. You are the one that was organizing pots & lids as a baby sitting on the floor. You see things others don't as your view often includes order, and processes which bring ease and joy to those who have to interact with them. Not in a militant way, but it simply brings you joy to help others live more organized...and see their joy. You are in the 'Deets': You get the big picture yet do not get caught up in the brainstorming sessions….you likely prefer a spreadsheet to a whiteboard with a brain dump. You have been called crazy because you are excited by the details and gain serious props for watching the details come together as if a well-synchronized dance.
