Part-Time Home Health Care Coordinator

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Part Time Home Health Scheduling Coordinator to join our team! As a Home Health Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating the home health services provided by our dedicated team of nurses. You will work closely with the nursing staff, clients, and their families to ensure efficient and effective care delivery. This is a part time position 2-3 days a week!!!
