Responsibilities
• Reinforces Festival culture and exceptional guest service• Oversees all Guest Service associates• Utilizes leadership tools for coaching and training• Ensures positive guest experience and team environment• Communicates department priorities and delegates responsibilities• Ensures adherence to operating procedures and cleanliness• Directs guests, answers questions, and completes overrides• Acts professionally and takes ownership of guest needs• Determines staff needs and maintains efficient operations• Enforces labor laws and adjusts schedule accordingly
Requirements
• Minimum availability of 24 hours a week with 6 hours per day• Tactful and effective communication with guests and personnel• Excellent planning and organizational skills• Strong teamwork and training abilities• Exceptional oral and written communication skills• Thorough understanding of safety requirements• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift merchandise
