Job Summary:
Are you passionate about financial analysis and cost management? Join us as a Part-time Financial Business Analysis Representative! In this role, you'll play a crucial part in contract financial management, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations. From maintaining financial projections to identifying cost-saving strategies, your attention to detail and analytical skills will drive our success.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive cost analysis and reporting to optimize contract financial management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data for cost optimization.
Maintain accurate financial projections to support decision-making and forecasting.
Track and report on contract value, funding status, and incurred costs.
Generate timely reports to provide stakeholders with valuable insights into contract performance.
Identify risks and opportunities, recommending proactive cost-saving strategies.
Develop and prepare financial reports in accordance with contract requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 1 year of relevant experience; or High School Diploma or equivalent with 7 years of relevant experience.
2 - 3 years of project control experience.
Strong QA/QC skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus Points For:
Experience forecasting financial data and preparing profit models.
Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of financial software such as Cost Point.
Familiarity with SaaS applications and e-commerce tools.
