• Handle incoming calls and uncover sales opportunities• Maintain knowledge of products, customers, and policies• Develop trusting relationships with customers• Manage customer account information• Process Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Payable• Handle administrative, data entry, reporting tasks• Coordinate with Customer Service Center and employees• Assist with route forecasting and maintenance scheduling
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience• High School diploma or GED preferred• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a team environment
