Job Description: We are currently seeking a part-time Collections - Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This role will involve managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment from customers, and maintaining professional communication with them regarding invoices and past due balances.
Responsibilities: Contact customers via phone and email to follow up on outstanding invoices and facilitate payment arrangements. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments in our accounting system. Work with customers in a sensitive and professional manner to resolve any payment issues or discrepancies. Assist in streamlining office procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure smooth operation of daily tasks. Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly over the phone and email. Ability to conduct oneself professionally in office environments and handle sensitive financial discussions with customers. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
