This part-time role involves managing a caseload and neurofeedback services through primarily in-person sessions with some telehealth options. We are seeking a dedicated practitioner who envisions The Center for NeuroPotential as a long-term professional home for career advancement.We offer:Competitive compensation based on experienceClinical guidance to support licensure attainmentA relaxed environment for delivering treatmentMarketing efforts to attract targeted clients for consistent referralsAdministrative support for scheduling, calls, billing, and credentialingFlexible scheduling optionsDedication to job satisfaction and professional developmentResponsibilities:Provide one-on-one counseling sessions treating trauma-related issuesMonitor and evaluate the progress of patients undergoing neurofeedback treatmentPerform intake assessments for individuals seeking neurofeedback therapyConduct therapy sessions for individuals managing PTSD, depression, and anxietyMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationEngage in clinical consultations and participate in Neurofeedback clinical rounds and educational training sessionsDevelop expertise in combining neurofeedback with EMDR and other therapeutic modalitiesDemonstrate punctuality, consistency, and strong organizational skillsQualifications:Must possess an Associate-level license in psychotherapy in the state of Connecticut, such as LMSW or LPCARequired to have training in EMDR or other trauma-focused therapies, or agree to receive trainingMust adhere to ethical standards in the fieldMust possess outstanding communication skills, both verbal and writtenShould be familiar with utilizing an Electronic Health Record, and be capable of documenting quicklyDemonstrated commitment to working in a collaborative teamOpen to developing and expanding their clinical practiceMust demonstrate the ability to accommodate changing clinical requirementsAvailable to work later afternoons, early evenings and SaturdaysAbout Company:The Center for NeuroPotential empowers motivated people to heal, grow, and reach their potential using assessments and treatments that are evidence-based, brain-based, and holistic.
