Position Overview:
As a Part-Time Administrative Assistant, you'll act as the first point of contact for our practice, playing a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding client service. This remote role involves managing high volumes of calls and emails, serving as a critical link between our clients and various healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will extend across administrative duties, including managing schedules for our team of psychologists, handling billing queries, and maintaining our electronic databases.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service, handling inquiries with professionalism and grace.
Assist with general operational tasks supporting our office staff and executives.
Manage information flow within the office, including scheduling meetings and coordinating office events.
Maintain professional communication through phone and email interactions.
Support HR functions alongside the onsite management team.
Who You Are:
You hold a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
You have at least two years of experience in a secretarial or customer service role, preferably within a healthcare environment.
You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
Healthcare experience and knowledge of medical or psychology terminology is preferred.
You are proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Your organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills are top-notch.
You are self-motivated, capable of working independently, and adept at prioritizing tasks.
