Part-Time Accounting Associate

Takes appropriate collection action on accounts more than 30 days old. Reconciles and deposits all monies received by the dealership. This position is a supportive role for the Accounting Manager.
Rewarding pay is based on knowledge, skills, and experience. Part-Time Hours: 27-28 hours per week; could be flexible but generally 8am - 2pm daily. Essential Duties Receipt checks/cash & mark appropriate invoices as paid in system. Run reports, review and reconcile outstanding receivables & distribute schedules to managers. Reconcile cash sales daily from service and parts department. Apply for payments with Factory to be paid and post payments when received. Requirements Preferred: Accounting experience in dealership environment Preferred: Associate degree in Accounting (Bachelor's degree a plus) Must have a Valid NC Drivers License Two forms of government issued ID Applicants must pass pre-employment screening Vann York Auto Group is an equal opportunity employer.
