Parking Maintenance Specialist I Regular Full-time, Pay Grade MR4, $15.00 base The Parking Maintenance Worker I performs preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment, parking lots, garages and transit facilities. All work is to be performed with an emphasis on sound maintenance practices and a development of skills while adhering to all safety procedures set-fourth by the University, the department and regulatory agencies (OSHA). The employee in this position will also be working special events at the University. The Senior Maintenance Worker contributes to the overall success of Parking & Transportation by performing other essential duties (for example: snow removal) and responsibilities as assigned. Employee must keep work site and maintenance shop clean and safe and check emails and work orders on a daily basis via computer and maintain inventory of required parts and materials.
