Minimum expectations are:

Resolve guest's problems in a timely manner. Park Services Specific Information: Responsible for the supervision, coordination and implementation of all aspects of the park services (cleaning/housekeeping) department including but not limited to training and park operations. This is a support focused position that requires hands-on efforts to keep the park clean and spotless. Additionally, you are the front line of our guest services crew as often you are the closest employee to a guest when they have a question.
The ideal candidate should display a background in customer service and a dedication to the growth and development of the crew though demonstration, coaching, and leadership. Operate the park within the cleanliness and standards guidelines established and any local, state, or federal laws as necessary. This position also is responsible for updating any manuals and policies for the park in regard to cleanliness and guess and staff safety. Additionally this position works closely with park management to ensure anything that needs maintenance is addressed.
The Park Services Department work to keep all areas of the park clean including, but not limited to, tables, chairs, bathrooms, walls, glass, floors, sinks, counter tops and all ground areas of the park. Some team members may also be asked to help with light maintenance or lawn care based upon the work of the day.
Pay range is $11-$15 per hour based upon experience and qualifications. If the summer is completed a bonus of $1 per hour worked will be paid at the conclusion of the season.
Minimum Requirements: 18 year of age or older
High School Graduate
12 Months experience supervising a young talent base
24 Months experience in supervisory role
Working knowledge cleaning processes and standards
