Responsibilities
• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the BCBA• Participate in collaborative team meetings and communicate with family members• Collect data, maintain confidentiality, and organize the child's program book• Provide resources and strategies for consistency in home and community settings
Requirements
• At least 2 years working with special needs children or relevant educational enrollment• Experience using ABA preferred• Successful completion of 30-hour training and competency exam• Self-motivated, team player with excellent organizational and communication skills• Passionate about helping children and providing high-quality services• Comfortable working in home-based and/or clinical settings• Physical requirements: ability to travel, climb stairs, lift 10 pounds, sit on the floor, kneel, and crawl
Key Skills Needed
• Experience working with special needs children• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)• Excellent organizational and communication skills• Passion for helping children and families
