Paraplanner
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented para-planner to join a growing private wealth management team. The para-planner will work closely with financial advisors to prepare financial plans, develop investment proposals, and ensure adherence to compliance procedures.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare financial plans, investment proposals, asset allocation analyses, and other documents to support financial advisors
* Maintain client data and update client files and account paperwork
* Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, opening new accounts, and managing paperwork
* Assist with compiling profiles of prospective clients
* Ensure all activities and recommendations comply with industry regulations and firm policies
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred
* 1+ years experience in financial services or wealth management preferred
* Proficiency with financial planning and CRM software
* Strong organizational, time management and follow up skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Series 7 and 66 licenses a plus
