Paralegal needed with at least 3 years of experience in workers compensation, personal injury, or litigation practice areas.Critical thinker who works well independently and in a team.Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
• Investigating facts, preparing legal documents, and researching legal precedent.• Prepare affidavits, legal correspondence, briefs, pleadings, appeals, wills, and contracts.• File pleadings with the court clerk and coordinate law office activity.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in workers compensation, personal injury, or litigation practice areas.• Professional, motivated, organized, and possess exceptional oral and written communication skills.
