Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to lawyers and enhance office effectiveness• Handle communication with clients, witnesses, etc.• Maintain contact lists and regularly update files• Monitor deadlines and manage calendars• Manage and maintain multiple attorneys schedules• Draft and file Notices, Motions, Subpoenas, & responses to Discovery requests• Communicate with defense counsels and judicial assistants
Requirements
• Proven working experience as a paralegal - at least 3 years• Familiarity with law, legal procedures, and protocols, and court system• Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office• Computer literacy• Working knowledge of case management software• Excellent organizational skills• Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure
