JOB TITLE : Pallet Builder/Repair

WAGE: Determined after interview, but is expected to be about $17/hr

Position Type: Contract-To-Hire
Requirements: MUST be able to confidently use Hand Tools and Basic Power Tools.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lb occasionally.
HS education
carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Following Policy and Safety requirements
Responsibilities: - Build and repair pallets using heavy equipment such as forklifts and other materials handling tools.
- Operate forklifts to load and unload materials in the distribution center.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage orders efficiently.
- Perform order picking and packing tasks to fulfill customer orders accurately.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including OSHA guidelines, while operating equipment and handling materials.
- Assist with equipment repair and maintenance as needed to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate shipping and receiving processes.
- Engage in heavy lifting tasks as required to move materials within the warehouse.
- Utilize basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
Conducting (drug screening and/or background check) report inquiries may be necessary for employment purposes.
