Responsibilities
• Work on a variety of projects, including interior and exterior painting, touch-ups, and renovations• Create an inviting atmosphere for guests• Deliver exceptional results and contribute to the overall aesthetic appeal of the hotel
Requirements
• 2-5 years of experience preferred in commercial or institutional maintenance• Light carpentry and strong knowledge of paint and wallpaper• Ability to communicate effectively• Valid driver's license preferred• Preventive maintenance background preferred• Read, write, and understand English
