Painter

Overview: We are seeking a skilled painter to join our aerospace company to ensure the facility maintains a clean, professional appearance. The ideal candidate will have experience in painting walls, doors, floors, and machines in an industrial setting.
Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary Paint walls, doors, floors, and machines using various painting techniques and equipment Mix and match paint colors to ensure consistency and quality of finish Apply protective coatings and sealants as required Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment Maintain inventory of paint supplies and equipment and reorder as needed Assist with other maintenance tasks as assigned Requirements: Proven experience as a painter in an industrial setting, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and equipment Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Strong attention to detail and quality Physical stamina to perform painting tasks for extended periods Ability to follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required High school diploma or equivalent
