As Manager of Paid Media in at Rounder Records, you will be the foremost expert on paid media and serve as a key resource for PMs and digital marketers within the Rounder label, guiding them through paid media planning and execution. You will be responsible for fostering and managing relationships with agency partners, including making recommendations to optimize individual campaigns while ensuring Rounder artists receive the highest possible level of service by regularly auditing performance and ROI. By staying up to date on the latest platform-specific updates as well as new advancements and technology within the advertising space, you will keep Rounder artists on the forefront of paid media innovation.
