Job Details Length of assignment: Temp to Permanent Location: Eugene, OR 97402 Pay: $18.00 per hour Shift/Hours: Monday – Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm) This is an onsite position. Requirements No prior experience is required, but a background in production or laboratory settings is a plus.
Ability to perform various physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting (up to 40 lbs.), reaching, kneeling, and crouching.
Ability to hear, see (including close vision, distance vision, and color vision), and smell.
Ability to work in moderate noise levels.
Demonstrated proficiency in basic packaging techniques, equipment, and protocol record retention.
Comfortable handling chemicals.
Good computational skills.
Ability to follow instructions meticulously.
Job description Operate and maintain production equipment, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality results. (e.g., filling machines, labeling equipment)
Work collaboratively with other technicians to fill, label, and package various product lines.
Meticulously follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instruction Documents.
Demonstrate strong reading comprehension to understand production paperwork, including product reconciliation reports, labels, labor sheets, product fill checks, and torque checks.
Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all company safety regulations and procedures, including ISO 13485 guidelines.
Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment as needed.
Effectively communicate with colleagues to ensure the seamless completion of tasks and projects.
Adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Be prepared to work overtime and flexible shifts.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
