Packaging Operator

PAYRATESUMMARY:Responsible for inspection, polishing and packaging of finished productsEDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:1-3 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Must have proficient writing, math and communication skillsESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Ø Needs to understand packaging processes & removal process in accordance with BMR recordØ During Removal and Inspection check criteria of defected/good product for Inspection as specified in SOP.Ø Will be responsible to follow all associate with cGMP requirement, Operation Procedure, Cleaning Procedure, Documentation and Safety.Ø Will be responsible to take charge from previous shift co-workerØ Must have good work ethics and must be a good player .Ø Operate various packaging removal process equipments per procedure mentioned in the SOP/BMR/MBR.Ø Perform machine changeovers and area cleaning and set up as required.Ø Troubleshoot and make appropriate adjustments to maintain packaging & removal specification.Ø Perform duties through the proper and safe use of equipment according to Health & Safety procedures and Equipment operating procedure.Ø Responsible to keep area and equipment's all time with status labelØ Other duties as required.
