What you will be doing **$2,000 SIGN ON BONUS** Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm $25.50 an hour Employment is subject to verification of pre-hire tests, which may include drug screening and background check when permitted by state or local laws.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Receives, stores, issues, and tracks all change parts (machine tools and equipment) in a production environment.
Maintains perpetual inventory of tools and equipment through manually and electronic processes.
Receives, unpacks, organizes, and requisitions stock to replenish inventory.
Inspects change parts for defects and wear.
Reports damage or wear to engineering and processes requests for tool repair.
Delivers and receives change parts to and from designated production areas.
Maintains organization and accountability for all change parts and tooling.
Fills in for PMO 3 on the production when needed.
What your background should look like EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Associates degree, completion of vocational program or certification in manufacturing operations or equivalent preferred. Requires completion of a high school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of experience and education. Minimum five (5) years of manufacturing experience required. Three (3) years experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, or other regulated industry, such as FDA regulated industry preferred. Work experience as a PMO III preferred.
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS: Ability to read, write and understand the English language for the purpose of reading documents, product labels and instructions. Must have good written skills for the purpose of accurately completing compliance documentation for production runs.
Must possess basic mathematical skills.
Strong technical skills required demonstrated through a combination of years of experience as a skilled operator and completion of technical training program.
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with others and work in a team based environment.
Strong organizational skills; detail oriented.
Must possess computer skills including inventory management.
Preferred experience in 5S + Safety and Lean Principles.
Ability to use good judgment in order to carry out detailed instructions.
Basic problem solving capabilities for the purpose of troubleshooting issues in the production environment.
