Role Overview: The Packaging Engineer is responsible for product technology projects related to packaging. Their focus includes assessing new packaging (NPD), changes in existing packaging, and determining the right components for products. The goal is to enable the company to launch and manufacture skincare, suncare, and pharmaceutical products effectively. Key Responsibilities: Innovation Management: Understanding workflows related to innovation in the personal care business. Packaging Assessment: Evaluating packaging for new projects and changes, ensuring compatibility with products. Liaison Role: Acting as a key liaison between different departments (RID, Operations, Production) to support packaging during formula development and production.
