Roles and Responsibilities: Key Role:
Operate CNC solo pedal machines and the CNC Turret filling machine as required to fill various hardware with oil. Manually or mechanically cap filled hardware. Primary Role: Follow the manager's instructions and assigned tasks for the day Prepare packaging materials needed for filling. Ensure machines are consistently sanitized and clean Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on the filling machines Set filled hardware in bins, store them on racks, and label them, ready for packaging. Reports to the Production Manager Secondary Role:
Inspect, clean, and package various products Perform boxing, bagging, labeling, and tubing of various cannabis products Operate packaging machines, including the flapper, heat-sealer, and bag labeler Utilize the capping tool for the capping process as needed Assemble packaging materials which includes assembling boxes and opening bags Insert products in their corresponding packaging Properly apply compliance stickers to bags Package products in accordance with established quality standards Adhere to company SOPs and compliance processes Be a team player to accomplish tasks assigned by the production manager Contribute to achieving daily production goals as part of the team Meet the established rates for performing various production processes Follow 5s lean methods to optimize efficiency Adhere to legal and company policies and procedures Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the work area before and after use Perform quality assurance checks as outlined in the SOPs Perform tasks across multiple departments when assigned by a manager. High School Diploma or GED Minimum 21 years of age Reliable attendance and punctuality Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude General troubleshooting skills Attention to detail 1+year(s) packaging experience preferred *Duties can change based on the company's needs. *
Physical Requirements: Ability to perform repetitive tasks using fingers, wrists, hands, arms, and shoulders, with excellent hand dexterity preferred Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 30lbs Union Representation – This position is represented by the United Food and Commercial Workers Union (UFCW 3000)

This is a full-time (M-F 6:00 am – 2:30 pm), paid by the hour, non-exempt position. The employee must have reliable transportation and will work on-site at our facility in South Park, Seattle.
