We are seeking a Pack Assembler in Ann Arbor, Michigan that will perform highly skilled assembly work of various electronic components, wire harness assemblies, box build assemblies, and pack building.
The work schedule for this first shift position is Monday - Thursday from 6:00am - 4:30pm 
This position pays $18.00 per hour
Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and training. Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures Assembly of Lithium battery packs, wire harness assembly, and various other cable assembly work. Pulling material kits, counting parts, and issuing materials to jobs. Must have strong familiarity with and able to use various crimping, hand tools, screwdrivers, pliers, torque wrenches, cutters, etc. Shall be accountable for quality, quantity and inspection of work performed. Train co-workers and assist when problems arise. Ensure daily 5S of workstation (maintain Clean and Organized Work Areas) Shall practice safe work habits and report unsafe conditions to supervisor. Ensure OSHA and Safety Compliance on Production floor. Ensure punctuality, reliability and acceptable attendance. Follow Company Policies and Quality System Processes Performs in a manner that will prevent errors and omissions. Provides advisory support and assistance to the department manager as needed. Responsible for meeting team targets and key performance indicators Participate in activities needed to support the management functions of the team.
