About Us We are thrilled to announce some fantastic news! In 2025, Kansas City, KS, will be home to a brand-new Midland Care Connection PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) facility. This state-of-the-art center will bring comprehensive, compassionate care to our community's elderly, enhancing their quality of life.
Job Summary: Are you a physician passionate about making a groundbreaking impact in healthcare? Join us at Midland Care Connection PACE, where your expertise is crucial. At Midland Care, we embrace a team-based approach, combining multiple disciplines to prioritize patient-first care. PACE caters to individuals who are 55 years or older, certified by the state as needing nursing home care but can live safely in the community at the time of enrollment, and reside within a PACE service area. If nursing home care becomes necessary, PACE covers the expenses and continues coordinating the individual's care. Our program promotes independence, treating seniors and their families with dignity and respect.

Qualifications and Requirements: Education: An M.D. or D.O. with current licensure in the state. Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine is required.
Experience: Our preferred candidates would have experience in a managed care environment and collaboration with peers and other health providers to address issues related to utilization, quality management, performance improvement, pharmacy and therapeutics, credentialing, and physician leadership. 1 year of primary care experience with a frail, elderly, or long-term care population or during residency.
Compensation and Benefits: Midland Care Connection PACE offers a competitive compensation and benefits package that fosters personal growth and professional advancement. This position will report directly to the Medical Director.
Pay Range: $200,000 - $240,000
The pay range provided is a current reflection of the base salary for a full-time successful applicant and is subject to future adjustments. Compensation is based on experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contractual obligations.
