Job summary
The Overnight Closer (Customer Service Representative) is responsible for providing a positive member experience and exceptional customer service.They will also handle front desk activities, close the shift, and create a bank deposit.Physical demands include standing and walking during the shift, ability to work overnight, and occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
• Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.• Handle all front desk related activities including answering phones, checking members into the system, and signing up new members.• Take prospective members on tours and facilitate updates to member's accounts.• Respond to member questions and concerns, elevating to Assistant Manager or Manager when necessary.• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.• Close the shift for the business day and create an accurate bank deposit.
Requirements
• Customer service background preferred.• Basic computer proficiency required.• Passion for fitness and health.• Upbeat and positive attitude, punctuality, and reliability are a must.• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to exceed member's expectations.• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.• Demonstrate diplomacy and appropriate behavior and language.• Must be 18 years of age or older.
