Our client is a leading provider of lighting products and they are currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join their Pennsylvania team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding the customer base and increasing revenue growth. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in Pennsylvania , identify their needs and provide them with tailored solutions. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitors, as well as utilizing various sales techniques to meet and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities Proactively identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers. Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, building a solid customer base. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet the needs of customers. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' products to effectively develop sales strategies. Attend industry trade shows and networking events to expand the company's presence and generate leads. Attend trainings and weekly/monthly meetings in the main office (Avenel, New Jersey) Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the lighting or related industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of lighting products, applications, and industry trends, a plus Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for effective lead management and tracking. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel to meet with clients.
