We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales. Duties:
- Identify and analyze market trends and customer needs
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Collaborate with the internal sales team to provide excellent customer service
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new product developments
Experience:
- Proven experience in technical sales or a related field
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience using G-Suite is a plus
- Previous experience in business development or outside sales is preferred
