This Outside Sales Rep will be responsible for driving business development by cultivating and maintaining meaningful partnerships with new and existing customers. Job Title : Outside Sales Representative

Job Type: Full-time/Direct Hire/In Person

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:45pm 

Pay: Base of $75-80K, plus generous/comprehensive commission opportunities!

Company car and phone provided This Outside Sales Representative will primarily responsible for the following functions: Visit client sites, learning their business challenges and sharing impactful solutions through product demonstrations and technical knowledge Support customer throughout the lifecycle of the project to include quotes, pricing, PO's, project timelines, status updates and shipping/delivery Identifying prospective customers, follow up on potential sales leads and build meaningful relationships with new/existing customers. Generate and submit sales reports to management Recommend marketing strategies, sales campaigns to generate new business We will begin reaching out immediately to Outside Sales Representatives who possess the following background profile: Associate or Bachelor's degree in an engineering or other technical field MUST have a valid Drivers License for travel purposes  Prior experience in manufacturing or automation Advanced knowledge of MS Office and CRM/Database management Strong interpersonal and organizational skills This is a stellar opportunity to join a wonderful, family-oriented and supportive company and progress your career.
