We are looking for an Outside Sales Rep for the Memphis area What we bring to you: Annual salary and commissions, no cap to commission potential - estimated annual earnings $70k-$100k Woodgrain pays 75% of medical, dental and vision insurance 401k matching 3 weeks PTO Perks such as tuition reimbursement and large discounts off Woodgrain products What our Outside Sales Rep does: Develop and maintain key customer relationships in retail building materials Meet and exceed sales goals for assigned territory Collaborate and communicate across departments to deliver profitable sales growth and customer satisfaction Demonstrate thorough understanding and execution of each step in the sales process to drive new business Management of partnered accounts Regular travel to customers in your territory; this territory is Memphis and surrounding markets What you need to have: BA/BS in business related field -OR- equivalent experience required 3-5 years in building materials/wood sales is preferred Proven track record of developing and building customer/client relationships Flexible to travel and overnight commute; 5-8 overnight travel days per month Must hold a clear and valid driver's license Proficiency with MS Office products Woodgrain is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
