Responsibilities
• Service, repair, and replace residential gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, geothermal heating systems, and ducting• Engineer and advise on new construction design projects• Coach and provide assistance to field team• Generate revenue for the business• Present options to customers and close sales• Troubleshoot HVAC systems• Lead and motivate others
Requirements
• HVAC tech experience• Sales skills• Leadership ability• Valid driver's license and a good driving record• Ability to pass a background check and drug test upon hire
