CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS Professional appearance and demeanor Experience in sales Self-Motivated Positive Attitude and Trainable Driven Vehicle/ Valid DL/ Insurance Can carry & climb a ladder and not afraid of heights JOB REQUIREMENTS Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to help others. Running provided lead appointments. Cold calling prospective customers. Run leads, canvass, conduct inspections of roofs and exteriors documenting any damage via pictures, measurements and notes. Provide prospects with professional roofing, and construction estimates. Acting as insurance claim consultants for homeowners in storm damaged areas Generate business through door knocking, running leads, and generating referrals. Collect signed agreements with payment to start the project. Provide proper documentation to the inside production team to begin roofing projects. Being present at roofing projects to answer customer questions and attempt to offer services to neighbors. Attend sales meetings and training.
